Can I bring friends to watch?
All dance classes are private. There is no observation window or visitors allowed. Prospective students are encouraged to sign-up for an introductory pole dance class in order to observe and experience what this movement is all about. Because this form of dance is intimate, beautiful, and strenuous, students sign up for one or two classes per week.

What should I wear?
Yoga pants, shorts, t-shirts, jog-bras or any comfortable fitness clothes in which you can stretch, sweat, and work-out.

Is there any nudity?
There is no nudity. The emphasis in pole dance classes is on the movement, which is the vehicle for becoming more comfortable and stronger in your body.

What are the weight requirements for the pole?
There is no standard of weight at our studio.  We believe all women are beautiful and fabulous, as long as the feeling is internalized.  Our poles can hold up to 300lbs.

What are the age requirements?
The youngest for our pole power class is 18, belly dance, yoga under 16 will need to accompany by an adult.

How long are the classes?
All of our fitness based dance classes meet for an hour long.

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 15minutes prior to class to sign in, change clothes and relax before class begins.

 Are there private sessions available?
Yes. Please call or email for more details

What will I learn?
We will focus on relaxing the mind and strengthening the body, bringing them into a beautiful harmonious balance.  The workout tones the ads, arms, back, legs, in addition to increasing flexibility and stamina.  Your sensual self will be able to emerge and take center stage in a safe and encouraging environment.
