Bellaerobics Women's Dance Party

 

March 19, 2010  | 7-11pm | $10 | Please bring a snack to shareJoin us as we remember how to cultivate health, beauty and power through creative feminine movements for optimal physical and mental shaping.  Stretch, breath, twist, roll and undulate to create a new you and your fabulous world using imagination, energy and power.
We will explore all aspects of feminine dance and movement from the sacred to the exotic(ex. belly, hula, soukous, samba, congolese, salsa, lingala, mapouka, ndombolo, kwassa, pole, etc.)
Release stress and tension with other women every month and relax in the joy of your queenly essence.

Youth Dance & Modeling Classes

Young children (7-12) will be taught Modeling Basics, African, Ballet, Hip Hop/Jazz Dance.
